TAP Wine Lounge has come to fruition!

Cynthia Dees Brooks envisioned a space where Black boutique

wine brands could be presented and appreciated by a wider

audience from 2018 to 2020.

In 2020 to 2022, the vision expanded to include local art, leading to

the opening of TAP Art & Wine Gallery at Florin Square.

The vision has reached new heights with the establishment of TAP

Wine Lounge @ 1011 Del Paso Blvd since 2022. It's an urban tasting

room that showcases Black wine brands, Black local artists, and

Black chefs. The lounge creates an environment that fosters

growth and serves the Sacramento community.
